Warm filtered water
1 T Apple Cider Vinegar with ‘The Mother’
1/2 organic lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tsp Manuka honey
1/4 tsp turmeric, ground
1/8 tsp black pepper, ground

1. Warm filtered water over stovetop.
2. Squeeze 1/2 organic lemon juice into your favorite mug.
3. Add rest of ingredients.
4. Pour warm water over ingredients.
8. Allow to cool. Enjoy!
