Intern

Shifra Zuckerman

Shifra is a dietetics student graduating from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences/Dietetics and beginning Fall 2022, will be attending the University of Southern California’s Master of Science, Healthspan, and Longevity program.
Shifra’s philosophy on nutrition is that food can be used as medicine and preventative care for each and every person. She has developed a holistic approach to nutrition, recognizing that many factors play into a healthy lifestyle and no two people are the same. She loves to eat whole foods with natural ingredients and developing new recipes (especially healthy desserts!) to share.
Shifra has been privileged to intern and work with Allison at VivaTotalHealth for the past three years, as she continues to learn so much from her.
In her free time, Shifra can be seen at the gym taking all kinds of fun classes, or hiking in the great outdoors. She enjoys taking trips to Whole Foods, and cooking/baking up just about everything in her fridge and pantry.
Fun fact about Shifra: She has been an actress/model since she was 11 years old, and can be seen in films, commercials, and television series! How cool!
